Delivery Information

Supawhip are offering free postage to anywhere in Australia for order over $100. Postage cost for orders under $100 are from $8 to $12.

Please note that cream chargers/gas cylinders are not allow to travel by air and are send out on road transport only.

Postage Time

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out on the next business day.

Supawhip can deliver to:

  • Any residential address
  • Any business address
  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Locker Boxes


Supawhip uses Australia Post to send our parcels. Once your order has been posted, Australia Post will send you an email with your tracking number (Please check your "Inbox" as well as your "Junk Mail" as it is an automated e-mail). To use your tracking number, go to https://www.auspost.com.au/track.

Supawhip are unable to satisfy any request to leave parcel(s) unattended. If no one is available to sign for your parcel(s), a card will be left in your letterbox, and your parcel(s) will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

Once we have post out your order, the delivery time can vary, depending on the destination. These times are just a guide and in some cases, delivery time may take up to twice as long.*

Tracking

All items sent through the Australia Post delivery network have tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process. You will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking number once we have despatched your order. To track, go to https://www.auspost.com.au/track.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of despatch, before contacting us for missing parcel(s), as we can only file a missing parcel(s) claim with Australia Post after 10 business days of lodgement. To file a missing parcel claim, please use the Contact Us link in the side menu or reply to the email that we send you upon the despatched of your order. You will need to provide your order number or the full name on the order.
